What is the offer?
Purchase a Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner Model between 1st May 2022 – 31st August 2022 and submit an online claim by 30th September 2022 to be eligible to receive a Bonus Gift Card.
What are the eligible products?
The following table lists the eligible products and Gift Card amount based on the product purchased:
Valid Split System Air Conditioners (comprised of an internal and external unit) will be processed as a single system only. Please supply the model and serial number details for the internal unit only maximum of three (3) units only, the external unit cannot be claimed as an additional or separate system.
Note: Multi Split System Air Conditioners (comprising of two or more internal and one external unit) are not eligible products of the promotion and cannot be claimed.
When does the Offer Period start and end?
You must fully pay for your eligible Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner between 9.00am AEST on 1st May 2022 and 11:59pm AEST on 31st August 2022.
When do I need to claim by?
Claim period commences from 1st May 2022. All claims must be fully completed and submitted online by 11:59pm AEST on 30th September 2022.
No claims will be processed after this date.

What details does my invoice need to include?
Please ensure the copy of the invoice includes:
- Claimant’s name (Business name will not be accepted)
- Residential installation address (PO Box not accepted on invoice)
- Date of Purchase (Must be between 1st May 2022 and 31st August 2022)
- Store of Purchase
- The eligible models purchased
- Proof of payment – Invoice must show FULL PAYMENT or a $0 balance Owing
How do I make a claim?
To submit a valid claim, click here
Complete in full all required details including serial number of eligible product purchased and successfully completing and submitting the claim/application form.
A legible copy of your paid Invoice must be provided when you complete the online claim form.
There is a section in the online claim form for you to upload a copy of your Invoice. Accepted file formats are JPEG, jpg, png and .pdf files under 5MB in size.
A scan or photo of your Invoice Receipt is acceptable.
A Confirmation Email will be sent to you within 24 hours on submitting your claim.
Please keep this email as you will need the claim ID for any enquiries related to your claim.
How many cards can I apply for?
Claims are strictly limited to a maximum of 3 eligible products per household.
Business applications will not be accepted. Invoices listing customer ABNs will not be accepted.
Can I apply if my purchase is for a business?
No, unfortunately this promotion is for Residential applications only.
Business purchases will not be accepted.
Only residential Applications can be considered for this promotion, therefore the name on the Invoice Receipt must be your personal name to prove ownership of the Air Conditioning System.
Invoice Receipts issued to a Business Name (or listing a customer ABN) cannot and will not be processed.
Can I apply over the phone or by post?
No, unfortunately the only way to enter this promotion is online.
Telephone, Fax or Postal applications CANNOT be accepted or processed.
Completed applications must be lodged online by 30th September 2022.
It is the responsibility of YOU (the Customer) to ensure that ALL correct & required information is provided online by this date. If a claim fails to be correctly entered, it will not be processed, and NO further correspondence will be entered into.
If you do not have internet access or email you will need to find a friend, family member or retailer with internet access and email to help you complete your claim online.
Did my online application work?
After submitting your Online Application, you will receive confirmation onscreen and via email.
IMPORTANT: Do not delete the confirmation email.
Within 24 hours you will receive an automated email confirming the receipt of your application.
It will include your Claim ID. Please keep this email as you will need the claim ID for any enquiries related to your claim.
If you do not receive the Confirmation Email within 24 Hours:
- First, check your Spam/Junk folder - just in case.
It is the responsibility of you (the Customer) to ensure that your application has been lodged correctly.
Failing to do so may result in no card being issued. If a claim fails to be correctly entered, it will not be processed, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
How long will it take for my Prepaid eftpos Gift Card to arrive?
The Prepaid eftpos Gift Card may take up to 4 weeks for delivery from approval of a claim form.
Your claim will be processed as quickly as possible, however due to popularity of the promotion it can take some time for all Applications to be reviewed and cards to be mailed out.
If you have not received it within 90 days, please contact us via this link (with your Claim ID) to track your redemption.
How long will it take for my Prepaid Digital Visa Gift Card to arrive?
The Prepaid Digital Visa Gift Card will be sent to you via email within 1 week from approval of a claim.
The email will include a personalised activation link along with instructions to activate your Prepaid Digital Visa Gift Card via the app store.
What is my Claim ID?
Your Claim ID will be emailed to you within 24 hours of applying.
Please keep this email as you will need the claim ID for any enquiries related to your claim.
Am I still eligible for this promotion if I purchased the Air Conditioner/s through Finance?
Yes, if you have purchased the Air Conditioner/s through Finance, you need to ensure your Finance Approval Number is visible on your Invoice Receipt, as this will help us validate your claim.
Where can I find my Model Number?
On your Invoice Receipt:
The Model Number will be printed on the Invoice Receipt and may end in either KIT, VE, VG or VGD.
On the Air Conditioner Packaging:
The Model Number will also be located on the box that the Air Conditioning System came in - on a white tag with three barcodes on it.
Valid Split System Air Conditioners (comprised of an Internal and External Unit) will be processed as a single System. Please supply the Model and Serial number details for the Internal Unit only.
Where can I find my Serial Number?
Split System Air Conditioners:
The Serial Number for your Air Conditioner can be found at the bottom right hand side of the Indoor Unit.
Your serial number is a seven digit number ending in the letter 'T'.
For example it would be in the following format: XXXXXXXT
Please do not provide serial number that is shown on product packaging.
Ducted Air Conditioning Systems:
The Serial Number is located on the box your new air conditioning system came in.
It also located on the left side of unit itself.
How do I activate my card?
Prepaid eftpos Gift Card: The activation period expires 6 months from the issue date listed on the letter provided with the card.
Prepaid Digital Visa Gift Card: The Prepaid Digital Visa Card has a 12 month activation and spend period from the email issue date.
To find your Claim ID:
- Refer to the Confirmation Email (sent to you after your successful application): If you cannot locate it in your Inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folders, just in case.

How long do I have to use the card?
Prepaid eftpos Gift Card:
Prepaid eftpos Gift Cards must be activated online within 6 months of the issue date listed on the letter provided with the card
Activated Prepaid eftpos Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Prepaid Digital Visa Gift Card:
Prepaid Digital Visa Gift Cards have a 12 month activation and spend period from the email issue date. You can view your card’s expiry date, transactions and balance via the True Rewards app.
Any balance remaining on the card after the 12 month expiry cannot be refunded or transferred to a new card and will be forfeited - so make sure you spend it all.
Can I check the balance on my card?

Prepaid Digital Visa Gift Card - Please open the True Rewards app. The balance and transaction history will both be listed.
Where can I use my Prepaid eftpos Gift Card?
Prepaid eftpos Gift Cards are valid for use at any EFTPOS terminal in Australia and require activation before use. The Prepaid eftpos Gift Card cannot be used to withdraw cash.
Acceptance of Prepaid eftpos Gift Cards is at the Merchants discretion, so we suggest that you ask in-store first to make sure the Merchant is happy to accept the Prepaid eftpos Gift Card for the purchase of goods.
Where can I use my Prepaid Digital Visa Gift Card?
Prepaid Digital Visa Gift cards are redeemable at retailers with contactless payment facilities or online merchants which support Apple Pay or Google Pay (some retailers may not accept Digital Gift Cards).
I've lost my card, can it be replaced?
Please keep your card safe.
Unfortunately, cards that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
Can I change my reward selection?
Once you have submitted your claim, you cannot change your reward selection.

What if I haven’t taken delivery of my product during the offer period? Am I still eligible to claim without the serial number?
You must have your product serial number to log claim by 30th September 2022.
If the eligible product is returned, will I have to give back the gift card?
Yes. You will need to return the gift card/s to Mitsubishi Electric.

My claim is invalid. How do I re-submit an invoice or provide additional documents?
If your claim is invalid, you will receive an email requesting you to provide additional supporting documentation. You can re-submit by clicking the link on the email that was sent to you. You will be required to enter your email address followed by your Claim ID.
You can find your Claim ID in the Email that was sent to you.
When will I receive my gift card?
Prepaid eftpos Gift Card: Claimants should allow 4 weeks for delivery of your Prepaid eftpos Gift Card from finalisation of a valid claim.
Prepaid Digital Visa Gift Card: Claimants should allow 1 week for delivery of your Prepaid Digital Visa Gift Card (via email) from finalisation of a valid claim.
How do I activate my Prepaid eftpos Gift Card?
- Step 1: Visit the URL located on the back of your card
- Step 2: Select ‘Activate Card’
- Step 3: Enter all required information and click ‘Next’
- Step 4: Once successfully activated, your Prepaid eftpos Gift Card will be ready to be used within 1 business day and will be valid for 12 months from the issue date on the back of your card.

- Step 2: Follow the prompts to complete the form
- Step 3: You will receive an SMS with an activation code and instructions on how to access your Prepaid Digital Visa Gift Card via the App Store or Google Play

- Step 5: Add your Prepaid Digital Visa gift card to your mobile wallet by tapping on the ''Add to Wallet'' button
